The Role of CRM Executive
Join a dynamic team as a CRM Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer engagement In this exciting position, you'll work closely with our Senior CRM Manager and fellow CRM Executive to create high-impact CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Campaign Creation
- Email Campaign : crafting and deploying engaging email campaigns
- Segmentation : segment customer bases, delivering tailored experiences that resonate.
- Testing, and timely deployment of all email campaigns
- Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on email performance metrics and tests, spotting issues and leveraging successes
Key Skills:
- A keen eye for detail
- Comfortable using marketing platforms to build and deploy campaigns
- Experience in customer segmentation
- A passion for creating brilliant customer experiences
- An excellent communicator
- A proactive problem solver
- A creative mind that brings fresh and innovative CRM ideas to the table
