About the role

As a functional consultant within our Power Platform and Customer Engagement function you will be a pivotal part of driving the success of the Power Platform project portfolio within the Node4 group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams of consultants, as well as a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics platform. The functional consultant will be responsible for managing projects, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards possible.

  • Microsoft Certifications: Earning certifications from Microsoft is advantageous for demonstrating your expertise with Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Some relevant certifications include:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including configuration and customisation
  • Knowledge of omnichannel is desirable
  • Knowledge of field service is desirable
  • Soft Skills:
  • Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, gathering requirements, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations.
  • Coaching/mentoring and developing other team members.
  • Creation of practice content, technical demonstration, and presentation thereof
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Depending on the industries you work with, having domain-specific knowledge can be advantageous.
