As a Warehouse Operative at Go Swag, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory records and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

We are a responsive organisation, and the needs of our customers often change. Therefore, job descriptions and duties are subject to change to allow us to adapt quickly to provide the best possible service.

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock
  • Store stock in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
  • Pick and pack merch for orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation
  • Ensure inventory counts are accurate and conduct regular stock checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
