Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect/Conservation Architect at Arrol Architects in Shrewsbury. The Architect/Conservation Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, including designing and managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working in the Historic environment. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • BA Hons Dip Arch. A.A.B.C
  • A.R.B R.I.B.A registered.
  • Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, construction, detailing and sustainability principles
  • Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
