Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in winning future contracts by providing estimates, quotations, and tender evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities, and liaise with architects and clients.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and establish client requirements.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports, plans, and contracts.
  • Manage risk, value, and cost control throughout project lifecycles.
  • Control budgets and undertake internal valuations and sub-contractor valuations.
  • Place work packages and manage disputes.
  • Provide detailed update reports and financial reporting.
  • Agree final accounts and additional cost claims.
Requirements:
  • College or postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Construction Finance.
  • Experience in construction costs management.
  • RICS accreditation (desirable).
