Job Description
This exciting role involves heading up the commercial function on a mixture of brand-new residential developments in the West Midlands. As Senior Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting detailed take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications, managing project costs, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
You will also communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information, provide financial reporting, and assist in contract negotiations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with different departments and work independently.
