Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
  • Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
