Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a roster of beauty and fashion creators, helping them to grow their brand presence, secure partnerships, and achieve their career goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty and fashion industries, strong relationships with brands and agencies, and a passion for digital media and influencer marketing.


What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of beauty and fashion creators, including content planning, brand partnerships, and career development
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators, brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders to secure collaboration opportunities
  • Oversee negotiations of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both creators and clients
  • Collaborate with creators on content strategies that maximize engagement, reach, and monetization across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and audience preferences to provide strategic guidance to creators
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and contract management to ensure smooth operations


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management or a related field, with a focus on beauty and fashion
  • Deep understanding of the beauty and fashion industries, including key trends, brands, and audience dynamics
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators, brands, and agencies
  • Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
