We are recruiting Finance Team Assistant to This role is intended to embrace a team-working approach, working closely alongside the PA to the CFO and other senior members of business operations to fulfil the needs of the department & wider business.

The team is based in our London office.

Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
  • Supporting the senior Finance management team and prioritising your workload accordingly.
  • Assisting with overflow work and/or undertaking other additional duties as required by the Management team.
  • Diary management: Assisting with the management of electronic schedules, arrangement of meetings/appointments, both internally and externally as needed
  • Monitoring of the department's email inbox
  • Room bookings, catering, and logistics. Liaising with reception & facilities teams to ensure all hospitality requirements are in place.
  • Ad hoc travel coordination - including flights, visas, accommodation
  • Assist PA to CFO with the organisation of team events, conferences, away days or roadshows relating to Finance
  • Assisting with the manual & electronic signing of year end accounts & statutory documents (yearly)
  • Co ordinate payroll sign offs & Authorisers & Managers distribution lists (weekly)
  • Formatting documents in Word (for PDF)
  • Updating Finance organisation charts (Visio)
  • Ad hoc updates to Finance intranet page (Sharepoint)
  • Log ad hoc IT support queries, submit access requests
  • Ad hoc preparation and submission of expenses
  • Dealing with confidential management information in a discreet & professional manner
