What you can do for us

  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in hotel F&B operations - this is essential for the role
  • Manage all aspects of our busy buffet breakfast offering and limited 24 hour menu, rotating stock, monitoring stock levels, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining strict hygiene and service protocols
  • Efficiently overseeing the management of food and beverage inventory, maintaining a well-stocked and smoothly-operating environment.
  • Supervising our department employees to ensure consistent adherence to our high standards of service, leaving no detail unattended.
  • Make a good first impression: Confidence and great communication are vital in leaving lasting impressions.
  • Amaze our guests: Attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to delight our guests.
  • Go above and beyond for guests and team: Create raving fans by always exceeding guest and team expectations.
