  • Helping keep our brand fresh ahead of our competition in the UK.
  • Effectively communicating using our employer branding.
  • Measuring and understanding analytics relating to marketing activities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on website analytics.
  • Making proactive suggestions for future campaigns using metrics from previous campaigns.

What You’ll Need

We require you to:

  • Have two to four years of experience in marketing; B2B marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Be comfortable learning and using a range of marketing tools (Semrush, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp).

We expect you to:

  • Be an effective collaborator and team player with strong writing and communication skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a strong documentation ethic
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • Be open to change, with the ability to learn skills quickly when facing new challenges
  • Proactively seek to self-improve and develop your skills
  • Foresee and mitigate potential fiscal risks
  • Be able to effectively manage key stakeholder relationships

Our recruitment process for this role will follow this format:

  2. Second interview (1 hour) which will give you another chance to meet with Lou and Kris, our Head of Solutions and Services. This will be a longer chat about your expectations of the role, how you would approach the role remit, and our current benefits. We also assess cultural fit and alignment with our values as a collective. We understand that interviewing is a two-way street and we encourage you to use this time to ask us questions about your journey within our organisation.

We always aim to move quickly and if we find the right candidate for the role, we will make you an offer ASAP We aim for the successful candidate to start in January 2025 but we can work around your personal and professional commitments.
