THE ROLE

This role requires a positive and ambitious account handler who has a real passion and flair for managing client relationships and project delivery. Joining our Client Services team, you will be given the opportunity to work across a range of clients, working closely with all internal departments and acquiring new skills and experiences as your career develops.


You’ll be able to spin multiple plates and manage numerous elements of different live projects on time and on budget. You need to be super collaborative, efficient and organised with hands-on experience of working in a similar client services role, as a SAM, or an AM ready to step up, at an integrated, digital and/or creative agency. Your experience will include social content campaigns and film production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be a driving force behind our work moving smoothly through the agency and to client delivery.
  • Autonomous management of projects on time, on budget inc. reconciliation and reporting.
  • Briefing teams effectively, ensuring work is of a high standard and in line with the client brief & objectives.
  • Confident communication with and management of multiple client stakeholders.
  • To quickly build trust and rapport with your key clients.
  • Using your in-depth client and brand knowledge to help shape our work, you'll bring the client perspective to internal meetings and meaningfully contribute to internal reviews.
  • Creation of scopes, costs, timing plans & change requests, as well as other required administration tasks, including ongoing management of status documents and updates and resource scheduling.
  • Timely and accurate booking of resource requirements with proactive forward planning.
  • Proactive identification of new opportunities by building strong client relationships and an understanding of their brand/business opportunities and/or challenges.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience in a similar client facing / account management role.
  • Experience using Streamtime (preferred but not essential).
  • Proven project management skills with examples of successfully delivered social first content-led projects, including film production for social (this is integral to the role).
  • An understanding of creative and production processes, from brief to delivery, including experience of working directly with studio teams e.g. art directors, copywriters, designers, editors, and production partners e.g. producers, directors.
  • Confident and able to liaise with all levels of our clients’ internal teams with flawless verbal and written communication.
  • Experience leading client meetings including briefings and post project reviews.
  • Passionate about marketing with a proactive attitude to learning and personal development / growth.
  • Super-organised with fantastic attention to detail and excellent written English and numeracy skills.
  • Articulate, professional and personable with excellent overall time management.
