With a salary of £58,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for qualified accountants (ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA) to build their experience in a commercially focussed role.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small, high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Prepare group management accounts and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Manage cash flow, financial risk, and taxation matters, implementing robust controls and procedures.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as finance business partner to the operational heads and help shape/guide/modify business plans based on financial implications.



Requirements:

You must be a Qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA) with demonstrable experience in finance management roles.

Strong technical proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Prior leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic business environment.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
