Account Executive (Digital)


To support continued growth, we are looking for an Account Executive (Digital) to join our team.


Location: Chesterfield, Manchester or Birmingham

Job type: Full time, permanent. 35 hours per week

Salary: £30-35k (depending on experience)

Working model: In-office / Hybrid - remote

About the role


To support continued growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our Digital team.


The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, working across digital accounts for our existing clients. You will become an integral part of our digital marketing team, working on a huge variety of exciting client accounts, with lots of opportunities for progression as part of our Digital Marketing growth plan.


Highlights of the role


  • Planning, managing clients comms and reporting on website & digital marketing campaigns. Key channels will likely be Google & Meta, but TikTok and Spotify also of interest.
  • Working alongside the Senior Digital Account Manager, onboarding and managing new accounts across various platforms.
  • This role will form an important part of the client services team with CNS Digital.
  • Creating research to inform new business proposals and supporting the sales team.
  • Reporting on website & campaign performance to clients and at times, senior team members.
  • Prioritising own workload.
  • Conducting competitor research.


What does success look like?


  • Creating client reassurance and building strong relationships.
  • Servicing existing clients to generate revenue growth.
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities.
  • Being an expert across the ever-changing digital landscape.


The ideal candidate will have…


  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience planning or managing campaigns across Google and/or Meta. (Training can be provided on other channels).
  • Certification in advertising on Google & Meta is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing and continuous self learning.
  • Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
