Role Responsibilities:


  • Support Business / Functional Leads align messaging into an appropriate phase, ensuring alignment to wider client comms.
  • Ensures sign off on comms from Legal, Compliance, Comms WG, Integration Office & Reg Affairs (where required) through Comms Working Group (to be established).
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the Non Part VII Comms Analysis Tracker and plan.
  • Co-ordinates with Comms team to ensure consistency in overall messaging.
  • Plan and arrange distribution of communication to end clients through printshop.



Quality & Assurance:


  • Responsible for the co-ordination of RM and Scheme Helpline Agents Toolkits. Working across the programme stakeholders to define content and finalise messaging.
  • Supports Pillar Leads identify and appropriate areas for training and ensures consistent messaging is driven across the programme.
  • Identifies future training needs as required as the programme develops.



MI and Comms Journey:


  • Responsible for designing the comms Journey and MI tracking throughout the comms lifecycle.
  • Establish appropriate controls across the comms journey in order to provide accurate and timely reporting.
  • Design and provide MI for Management and Regulators.
