· Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and methodologies, recommending those that enhance our offshore project delivery capabilities and competitive edge. This will be driven through your involvement in the company’s Engineering & Technology Committee where you will participate in prioritising the development of newly emerging technologies.
· Ensure that the appropriate level of project reviews, project approvals, engineering design reviews and project reporting are carried out as per the Integrated Management System. Elevating reviews to higher technical review for additional robustness is encouraged as appropriate.
· Prepare and manage budgets for Projects & Engineering Departments, ensuring financial targets are met while delivering exceptional outcomes.
