Role Overview:

To collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to shape, organise and deliver our digital (Mobile Apps, Web, BI) roadmaps as we continue our growth both in the UK & Internationally.


This role is critical to the delivery of the exciting work coming from within the business that creates immediate benefit to stakeholders as well as working on developing and implementing larger strategic business change. You’ll be working closely with the engineering teams to continue to shape and define our operating processes, while developing good relationships with business stakeholders.


An accomplished Delivery/Technical Manager with experience of managing cross-functional teams, you’ll have a successful track record gained within technology that you’re proud of talking about.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teams across the business as we continue to grow and progress on our digital transformation journey
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute our mobile app & web roadmap which are front and centre of our next phase of growth plans.
  • Manage dependencies across Beauty Bay teams and external suppliers to align plans, unblock development, and communicate changes to our customers.
  • Challenge and drive key stakeholders across BB to make decisions on priorities
  • Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and consensus among cross-functional teams with full understanding of time/cost/scope impacts
  • Establish and promote standards, principles and new ways of working to ensure our engineering teams deliver with speed and quality.
  • Manage the reporting cycle, working with engineering teams to drive high quality reporting and business comms in a timely manner
  • Push the boundaries of team performance by continually looking at new ways of delivering the business outcomes with maximised ROI and with desired quality.


Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:


  • You’ve been the key lead in delivering projects or major product change
  • Flexible at thinking outside of frameworks, enabling teams to get to the end result even if we had to do things a bit differently – but never sacrificing quality.
  • You’re not afraid to get down and dirty in the detail of supporting teams build and manage backlogs of workYou’re passionate about supporting your teams and ensuring they have everything they need to complete quality driven solutions
  • Highly collaborative, you thrive working in cross-functional agile development teams.
  • You love breaking down problems into manageable goals and finding simple solutions to meet customer needs
  • A great communicator who is able to set the mood and radiate energy to those around you.
  • Comfortable taking on a range of projects, ranging from UX improvements to highly complex back office changes, from inception to delivery.
