Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns over 170 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. Founded in 1777 we are a family owned company that blends the best traditional values with a progressive and inclusive approach to business.

We are looking to appoint a Relief Head Chef to support our pub kitchens across the South. You will need to be experienced in a similar role in the managed pub sector and able to move between assignments staying away from home when necessary. Operating as relief cover as Head or Sous under an initial 6-12 months contract you will work in a variety of settings to ensure continuity and safeguard brand standards in the absence of the permanent team. Ideally you will be located in the Hampshire Surrey area and able to easily access Sussex and the East of our region.

Previous experience and knowledge of leading operations in a managed branded pub service is essential.
