They are embarking on a major digital transformation to transition their learning, examination, and certification processes from the classroom to a digital platform and are building a new team of talented and passionate technology professionals to deliver this major change initiative.
We're looking for a dynamic & confident Senior Product Owner with experience in environments undergoing an Agile transformation, who has delivered new Azure data platforms and associated data services end-to-end.
You'll need the following:
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner with a strong delivery track record
- Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale
- CPO qualified (or similar)
- Proven experience managing and owning Product Backlogs, creating epics and stories
- Strong background in data projects and implementation of data platforms with Azure
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies
- Understanding of Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Data Modelling with a background in Data Engineering
- Familiarity with ETL Processes and knowledge of database management systems
- Ability to challenge the status quo and present complex data concepts in an understandable way
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution across departments
- Expertise in identifying and addressing issues during product development and integration
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and pivot strategies when required
- Outstanding communication skills and focus on high data quality and accuracy
£600-£750 per day. 6 months rolling. Leicester (70% remote)
