What you will enjoy doing

  • This is an exciting brand-new opportunity to take the lead in building, developing, and delivering our digital and data strategy within SHEQ
  • Using data analytics and artificial intelligence you will work to bring our data to life, improve performance, identify trends, risks and provide valuable insights from our data
  • You will champion the use and roll out of our SHEQ tools and digital systems to report, analyse data, and improve performance
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of all safety performance reporting and analysis including monthly business reviews, annual SHEQ plans, monthly dashboard reporting and regular leadership meetings
  • You will look after the reporting and dashboard section of our document and processes system, where you will be responsible for the quality of the data and work with the regional team to become the expert
  • In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the wider team and organisation to identifying and lead projects which will improve SHEQ performance
  • And finally, you will use the output of the project and performance data to develop our data management strategy


What makes you great

  • You have at least five years' experience in a role where you were responsible for data analysis, turning this into outcomes and improvement projects
  • Working experience in the use of data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau, with the ability to tell a story with data, turning it into valuable insights with clear messages, objectives, and actions
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Furthermore, you use an analytical mindset to solve problems and have a passion for driving improvements
  • And lastly, you have working project management experience
