Job Title: Sales Manager – Europe & Middle East

Location: London, UK Hybrid

Reports to: Head of Sales


Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager for Europe & the Middle East, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding the company's presence across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, nurturing relationships and building long-term partnerships to accelerate revenue growth. This role demands a proactive, client-focused approach with a strong emphasis on delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our maritime clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Europe and the Middle East, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the maritime industry, including shipowners, operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and market feedback to senior management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the maritime, energy, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the European and Middle Eastern markets, with established industry connections.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in maritime technology, sustainability, or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and sustainability initiatives.
