With sites across the UK, this growing business is recognised for their professional operation and market leading service. Our client is looking for a Regional Surveyor to join their fantastic team.


So what does this role involve?


As a Regional Surveyor you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company’s property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets. This is a field based role and you will need to have had exposure to overseeing a number of sites.


You will be expected to:


• You will be responsible for Rent Reviews cycles and Lease Agreements

• Manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.

• Plan and implement future investment opportunities where you identify potential opportunities for growth and change

• Proactively manage all properties through effective communication with the Operations teams.

• Offering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.

• You will provide property expertise and advice to key stakeholders within the company through regular updates and reviews.


What qualities will you need to be successful in this role?

• Highly proactive

• Self-motivated and also able to work effectively in a team

• Sound knowledge of retail property, statutory compliance legislation and landlord/tenant legislation

• Strong understanding and delivery of budgetary and financial cost control.
