THE ROLE

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Content Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our brand. As the Content Manager at Larkbury London, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our content strategy. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of content creation and management, working collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business.


You will be instrumental in developing processes and workflows from the ground up, ensuring a seamless and cohesive approach to our brand's visual identity and content.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Strategy & Development: Provide strategic input into the development of The Larkbury London brand and its approach to content and visual identity. Craft compelling content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team, sales teams, eCommerce team, photographer, graphic designer, and third-party agencies to ensure content aligns with our brand vision and business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Process Building: Establish and refine content creation processes and workflows, taking full ownership of these systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Luxury Positioning: Create emotive and engaging content that aligns with our target audiences and positions Larkbury London alongside high-end brands. Act as the gatekeeper to ensure all content upholds the brand's luxury message and appeals to a high-net-worth client base.
  • Content Adaptation: Tailor content to suit various formats and channels, ensuring each piece resonates with our target audience and maintains the brand’s high standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee content projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in content management, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of visual brand identity and the ability to convey it through content.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a ‘get stuck in’ attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.


Beneficial experience:

Familiarity with Magento CMS formats

Experience building content to be used within Klaviyo
