Brand Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
My client are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to enhance their marketing processes and drive efficiency within the team. This role involves working closely with the marketing leadership to streamline workflows, develop critical paths, and create essential briefing materials and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing leadership to refine workflow processes, ensuring they maximise efficiency and reduce workload while driving continuous improvements.
- Develop critical paths for various campaigns, launches, and partnerships, utilising project management tools to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaigns and key initiatives, including planning kick-off meetings and regular sync sessions, keeping all stakeholders informed of project updates, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Lead weekly meetings focused on the customer journey with digital channel owners to ensure alignment on ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Support the campaign planning process by mapping touchpoints across relevant channels for seamless execution.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of assets to channel owners from creative teams. Work closely with production to ensure all content is optimised for the respective channels and aligns with marketing objectives. Establish a feedback loop to enhance future projects based on performance insights.
- Centralise campaign and launch decks for information dissemination, maintaining an updated project working deck. Capture activities for future planning, conduct year-over-year analysis, and compile a toolkit post-campaign to document lessons learned and prepare for recurring launches.
- Regularly review and update the Marketing Calendar, collaborating with relevant team members to ensure all marketing priorities are clearly outlined for broader visibility within the organisation.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of new workflow tools to enhance efficiency across the marketing team.
- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager by facilitating bi-weekly planning meetings to ensure all channel owners are briefed on media plans.
- Oversee the Brand Partnership invoice process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all related documents to partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing or project management role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and marketing software.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for improvement.
