The role:


All our recruitment consultants start out as 180° delivery consultants.


We will train you to:

  • Understand the requirements of our key clients
  • Find candidates through job boards and advertising
  • Qualify the candidates over the phone
  • Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
  • Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn


You will then have the opportunity to go 360°, meaning you:

  • Work the full recruitment life cycle
  • Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus


Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary
