My client has experienced rapid growth and success, and are now searching for a Team Assistant to join their team in London. Due to the broad spectrum of clients, the right candidate will be given the opportunity to work across a wide range of renewable energy projects and have many opportunities to progress further in the company.


The team are looking to hire a Team Assistant to support 5 teams of different sizes within their investment team. The ideal candidate will have innate organizational ability and can bring resilience, complete flexibility, and a proactive mindset. This role involves working closely with other business support team members and assisting in the organisation of team events/socials.


Responsibilities include:

• Ad hoc diary management and administrative support to multiple members of the Investment Team

• Arranging travel and accommodation

• Assisting with the organization of team events and socials

• Facilitating internal communication and providing excellent customer service on all requests and projects

• Ad hoc reception cover

• Collaborating with the wider team in planning, preparation, and delivery of key objectives

• Working closely with other business support team members on events, setup, and some out-of-hours event work

• General office administration: printing, binding, postage, and scanning documents as required

• Performing any other duties associated with the above


Key Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong teamwork and excellent organizational skills

• Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment

• The ability to multitask and prioritize workloads

• The ability to handle multiple deadlines/assignments with minimal supervision

• Strong internal and external relationship management skills, enabling engagement at all levels

• Superb written and verbal communication skills for drafting clear messaging, presentations, and communications.

• A strong work ethic with a sense of urgency, taking ownership of projects and areas of responsibility and seeing them through to completion with consistently good outcomes

• The ability to demonstrate absolute discretion at all times due to the confidential nature of the work.

• Exposure to and understanding of private equity, renewable energy, and lending, or a genuine interest in one or more of these sectors, would be desirable but not essential.
