The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Source and recruit top-tier professionals within the Life Sciences sector, including roles in pharma, biotech, medical devices, and surrounding industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and nurture a network of highly skilled candidates across Europe.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

  • Skills: Energy, Ambition, Accountability, Hard Work. Strong communication and listening skills as well as organizational skills.
  • Drive: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a huge plus.
