The Deploy Recruitment Group has a fantastic opportunity for experienced consultants to join our rapidly growing North American Team. We specialize in delivering recruitment solutions to the Infrastructure and wider Built Environment markets across the U.S. and Canada. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale projects in one of the most exciting global markets within a business that has big growth plans for the future
About Us:
Well, for a start, we are independently owned, and everyone from the owner down is from a recruitment background and has come through the ranks from resourcer upwards.
As an independently owned company, we can adapt quickly to opportunities.

We are continually investing in and improving our recruitment software. We want to improve our processes and ways of working to make it faster and easier for our clients and candidates to get results.
Our tech stack includes Bullhorn, Source Breaker, LinkedIn Recruiter, Signal, 8x8, and Zoominfo. These are the core systems that work with others in our ecosystem.
Our commission/bonus schemes are based not only on individual performance but also on the growth of the team and those around you, learning from your experience to enable them to serve the company better. The commission is also uncapped.
We encourage learning and personal growth by attending and engaging with The Recruitment Network events. We look to upskill our people via the apprenticeship route, which has no age limit and means that what you learn can be used within the business.
We actively support various charities and volunteer to raise awareness and much-needed funds. These include The Lighthouse Club Charity and MCR Pathways. As a team, we put on golf days, mentored students in schools, ran marathons and attended various charity functions. We encourage the group to engage and enjoy this while helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and connect with top talent for North America’s thriving infrastructure sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Use our advanced software platforms to streamline the recruitment process and stay ahead in the market
- Contribute to the growth of our North American division by delivering exceptional service
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for clients
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates that align with client requirements
- Actively source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, etc
- Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and track the progress of ongoing assignments
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on market trends
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates within agreed-upon timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, legal regulations, etc., relevant to recruitment consultancy

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment into North American / Canadian markets
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Rail / Infrastructure, Geotechnical/Marine Construction / Civil Engineering, Energy / Power, Utilities, Datacentres
- A proactive approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates at all levels of seniority
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with exceptional communication abilities (both written & verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
