We're looking for ambitious recruiters with 2-5yrs experience in professional markets, who ideally have their own entrepreneurial ambitions and see themselves as potential Directors, possibly even leading the business in the future.

THE ROLE

You’ll be in a classic 360 role in one of the most lucrative markets in the world, focused on generating and developing your own network of high-quality candidates, building your profile and reputation with our current clients, and partnering with leadership to both win and develop new business


  • Complete our tailored on-boarding programme to get you up to speed with our market and industry as quickly as possible
  • Benefit from our established accounts and lead on live roles from month 1
  • Build and develop your own candidate network
  • Partner with leadership to target and convert new business personally contributing to the growth of the business
  • Promotion - billing achievement led promotions

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

  • £30-40k base + market leading 33% commission + x4 Quarterly bonus + Annual Bonus
