We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with an operational focus to join our team.


In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing email marketing initiatives, liaising with agencies, overseeing design projects, handling daily marketing administrative tasks, and addressing ongoing requests from various departments.


Additionally, you will play a crucial role in lead generation and maximising the use of specific lead channels within the business.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Coordination:

- Plan, work with design agency, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

- Analyse campaign performance and ROI to business and provide recommendations for improvement.


2. Email Marketing:

- Develop and manage email marketing strategies to engage and retain customers, including the use of automated email marketing

- Create, schedule, and optimise email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails

- Monitor email performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.


3. Agency Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for marketing agencies, supporting them with creative ideas and steer on content creation.

- Ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives between Brymec and external partners.

- Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and budgets.


4. Design Oversight:

- Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.

- Review and approve creative assets for campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.

- Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.


5. Daily Marketing Administration:

- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.

- Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking and inventory management of marketing materials.

- Coordinate internal meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.


6. Cross-Departmental Requests:

- Address and prioritise marketing-related requests from various departments including website and product changes.

- Provide support and resources to internal teams to meet their marketing needs.


7. Lead Generation and Channel Optimization:

- Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads through various channels.

- Analyse and optimize lead generation activities to maximise ROI.

- Monitor and report on the performance of lead channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Skills:

- Creative in ideas and concepts and ability to take them from idea through to implementation

- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on operations and coordination.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and lead generation techniques.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
