Job Title: Sales and Business Development Specialist (High-Ticket Sales)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct virtual consultations with leads to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to foster trust and drive conversions.
  • Execute the sales process from prospect engagement to close, using provided sales scripts and guidance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets within a team-driven, supportive environment.


Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-ticket sales or a similar field.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Compensation:


This is a commission-only role, designed to reward top performers. Typical earnings range from £4,000 to £8,000+ monthly, with no cap on earnings.
