As part of our growth and development as a business, we are currently seeking an Administrative Officer/Receptionist to support with the day to day running of our contracting business, which supports graduates into work via secondment from Pareto as well as managing the FOH at our Wilmslow office.


The Role:

Based out of our office in Wilmslow, the successful candidate will be a highly organised, enthusiastic and a confident individual who is proactive, decisive and able to manage their own time. You will have high-standards of work and an eye for detail. Experience within an administration/coordinator role is essential for this position.

The contracting team and reception requires a professional team member with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, be able to provide excellent customer service and have a good knowledge of computer systems. You must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedicated approach to teamwork. The Administrator/Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment while creating a seamless learning experience for our clients.


Administrator Office Tasks will include:

  • General administrative duties including record keeping, answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries, data input and appointment making.
  • Assisting with the on-boarding and compliance process such as sending and receiving of client/candidate paperwork and documents, preparing contracts and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Processing amendments to contracts.
  • Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences.
  • Processing timesheets to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Note taking for meetings.
  • Ensuring all candidate and client records are up to date.
  • Reporting, monitoring and evaluation of documents.
  • Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone.
  • Support with Employee Relation duties.
  • Wellbeing support.


Reception Tasks will include:

  • Front of House: Management and organisation of the Wilmslow reception. Greeting staff, clients and delegates into the office ensuring that they follow the sign in process and are aware of health and safety protocols.
  • Supplies: Maintain and order office supplies ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Facility maintenance: Support the facilities manager with any office maintenance requirements e.g. fire alarm testing, pat testing etc.
  • Visitor Management: Point of contact for all visitors to the Wilmslow office. Ensuring that a professional and welcoming environment is maintained. Creating and distributing building ID passes for internal colleagues, creating name cards for external visitors.
  • Training & Meeting Room Bookings: Management and scheduling of room bookings for internal staff.
