This is a new role and will be vital to the growth of the business and maintaining strong control and management across various building projects and sites including both residential and commercial.


Duties will include being client facing, visiting sites to ensure workers and subcontractors are all operating smoothly and projects are running to agreed time scales. Will be responsible for planning resources and staying on top of developments and changes to the project.


You will be an experienced multi-site and project manager from a design and build, renovations or construction company, excellent communication skills are a must as you will be the face of the business with clients.


A very strong understanding of the Building and Construction sector is a must.
