£120,000 to £140,000 plus LTIP + Bonus


This would be a truly great opportunity for an ambitious, experienced Operations Director or COO who is looking to have autonomy in their role and join a cohesive Board team who all share the same vision and mission for the Brand. This successful, independent restaurant Group are looking for their first COO to join the Senior Leadership Team. The role requires a commercially savvy, hands on, accomplished Restaurant Operator who is experienced in managing a team of Operations Managers and is passionate about true hospitality. This is a well-known brand with a significant footprint across the UK & has a unique offering with an exciting expansion plan ahead to add to their already successful portfolio.


A snap shot into the roles / responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for managing and leading the Operation
  • Achieving agreed KPI’s including LFL sales and budgeted EBITDA
  • Innovate and bring to the table new sales driving initiatives and ensure the brand is ahead of the competition with upcoming trends Develop and implement a comprehensive Operations Strategy to drive the business forward
  • Own ‘Operational Communication’ and develop a communication package that works across the group to ensure communication is delivered, in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner.
  • Work closely with the People Director and people team to build, develop and retain significant people capability and develop a strong pool of talent within operations across all levels.
  • Work with the CFO to evaluate any operations related investment decisions (property, systems, kitchens etc.)
