Position Overview:

As the COO you will be instrumental in shaping the operational framework and scaling our business to new heights. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technological innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and sustainable financial performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of strategic initiatives, business development plans, and market expansion strategies, leveraging market insights and industry trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Team Development: Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, business partners, and industry peers, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operational leadership roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on start-ups or fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of retail trading, CFDs, Forex markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, risk management, and compliance in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
