This is a job description for a Customer Logistics Coordinator position at a leading drinks business. The job involves managing customer orders, inventory, and 3PL providers, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.


The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience. They will also need to be proficient in 3PL management, have excellent communication skills, and have advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

  • Processing and managing customer orders, invoices, and returns
