We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to join the Food & Beverage business at HMSHost, Avolta UK.


We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills to support our Hospitality Managers to drive their business to the next level. The role will be responsible for making HMSHost a Great Place to Work for our dedicated colleagues, optimising sales and profitability across the region, operational and service excellence , developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and a continuous improvement approach to harness opportunities to further the business.



Main Duties will include:


  • Ensure that each location operates efficiently to optimise profitability through increased sales and EDITDA whilst maintaining high operational standards.
  • Embed a high performance culture across the region with a focus on service and operational excellence
  • Actively develop talent across the region alongside succession planning
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with our landlords, Business Partners and external Stakeholders
  • Analyse sales, productivity and other financial data to identify areas of improvement within our stores and create action plans with the on site management teams to continuously improve ways of working.
  • Accountable for ensuring all locations maintain food safety and service quality in line with company standards.
  • Regularly communicate with Store & Hospitality Managers to provide guidance, support and coaching to ensure compliance in all areas
  • Setting regional goals and objectives, developing business plans, and implementing effective strategies by understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and guest needs.



Requirements:


  • Established experience within the Hospitality sector overseeing multi-site stores/brands. (minimum 5 years)
  • Experienced in managing large teams in fast-paced Hospitality environments and developing future talent.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about coaching and leading teams to deliver outstanding operational excellence and service.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven track record in delivering EBITDA.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills with the ability to influence at all levels in the organisation.
  • Desire to travel across the UK for the role.
