This position will be providing administrative support to the recruitment and the finance team by collating the contractors timesheets, ensuring that they are correctly filled in and authorised. Others duties will consist of advertising vacancies, sending interview confirmations, supporting with the visa process and updating of the systems along with others duties that may arise.
