Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Investor Relations Associate to join the team, working across a wide range of tasks with a focus on capital raising projects (fundraising and co-investments), fund raising strategy development and investor services.
Skills
The ideal candidate for this Investor Relations Associate role will have gained their initial full-time professional experience in a placement agent, or in a private funds advisory team, or perhaps in investment banking M&A and will now be seeking a move into their first Associate role.
You should have a good understanding of the private equity business model, strong communication and critical thinking skills and ideally have been exposed to private equity transactions in some way.
