About the role:
As a New Business Sales Executive at MOTORS, you will be part of a collaborative but competitive Sales team, striving for excellence and to supply the very best advertising solutions to dealerships across the UK.
Key responsibilities will include:
- This is a 360 telesales role: You will take ownership of the entire sales process, from the initial outreach to potential clients through to closing deals.
- This includes identifying prospects, making cold calls, negotiating terms, and finalising deals.
- You will drive a solutions-oriented approach for our dealers: Your role involves understanding the unique needs and challenges of each dealer and providing tailored solutions that address their specific requirement.
- This role is all about relationship building: We aim to offer our dealers the very best service by fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Being a sales role, this is a targeted environment: We work towards monthly revenue goals and daily KPIs.
What we ideally looking for;
- This is a social role You'll be connecting with dealers across the UK, so a passion for engaging with new people is essential. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals and make a real impact on their businesses.

- Previous experience in a telesales environment is preferred.
- Confidence and capability to communicate effectively: You'll be interacting with a variety of stakeholders and customers, adapting your communication style to suit different situations and personalities.
