Our client, a research and consulting firm, is seeking a highly organised HR Ops Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys improving processes while supporting people.


As part of a team, you’ll be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Enhancing the onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration for new employees.
  • Contributing to HR operations and initiatives to improve employee experience and efficiency.
  • Advising managers on employment law, compliance and policies
  • Supporting employee relations by coaching managers, advising on policy and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborating on learning and development programmes that align with company goals.
  • Supporting recruitment for both graduate and senior hires, from screening to interviews and candidate management.
  • Supporting your team with any ongoing projects including change and transformation, system implementation and process improvement.
