Farmina UK is seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Manchester or the surrounding area (responsible for the UK West territory). As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, focusing on veterinary channel clients and specialized pet stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable revenue growth within the assigned territory, targeting veterinary channel clients and specialized pet stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet store owners/managers.
  • Provide product education and support to veterinary staff and pet store employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about Farmina products and can effectively recommend them to customers.
  • Actively market Farmina Product ranges and exclusive consultancy services targeted towards Veterinarians and Pet parents.
  • Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet stores to promote Farmina products, identify sales opportunities, and provide support as needed.
  • Grow the footprint of Farmina clinics & specialized pet stores in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to support the needs of veterinary channel clients and pet stores within the territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory and provide feedback to management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Farmina at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in animal health sales or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets within a territory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
