Hybrid - 3 days at Central London HQ, 2 days remote

Salary up to £ 35k.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for:

• Support the Senior CRM manager in executing, managing, and reporting on the CRM strategy.

• Maintenance of the CRM calendar.

• Supporting Senior CRM Manager with automated emails, to review, develop and optimise a series of behavioural led trigger emails (e.g. welcome, pre-visit and post-visit) across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement and increase repeat visitors.

• Support Senior CRM with the full end to end email campaign process from briefing, building, testing, signing off and scheduling according to the CRM campaign schedule.

• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

• Deliver campaigns on time whilst ensuring they are legally compliant (GDPR).

• Use segmentation and personalisation to enhance email campaigns and drive subscriber engagement.

• Use data to analyse performance using key KPIs to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development.

• Weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting of email results and learnings - making conclusions and in-depth analysis of all campaigns.

• Weekly, monthly, and ad hoc NPS reporting.

• Develop and drive, alongside Senior CRM Manager, an always on test and learn plan to drive optimisations across the automated emails.

• Co-ordination with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.

• Work closely with Creative team to ensure email templates are optimised and creative is on-brand and engaging.

• Keep up to date with industry CRM activity and share any ideas or concepts for us to test. • Review competitor activity and share updates with wider marketing and creative teams to inspire new opportunities.

• Support the Senior CRM manager in executing, managing, and reporting on the Arcade Hub strategy.

• Support Senior CRM Manager with the managing and promoting Arcade Hub shop items and prize draws, from initial planning to execution.

• Maintenance of the Arcade Hub shop items and prizes calendar.


The ideal CRM Executive candidate will have the following experience:

• Proven experience of working as an email marketing assistant or executive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational skills to co-ordinate scheduling and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Able to communicate effectively and contribute confidently within a team. • Self-starter that is driven and proactive.

• Experience working with email service platforms, CRM platforms and data analysis tools

• Good understanding of email marketing.

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail - ensuring email campaigns are accurately executed.

• Excellent stakeholder management – ability to build relationships and liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues/risks.

• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives at a fast pace to tight deadlines.

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

• Analytical and proactive approach with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations based on results.
