We’re on the hunt for a CRM Executive to join our marketing team, working closely with Marketing and Ecommerce to deliver sensational email marketing and CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention and conversion for Emma Bridgewater. The CRM Executive with be responsible for the planning & designing, building, deploying and reporting on a robust and on-brand customer experience through each lifecycle stage. This role will be based in the Emma Bridgewater Head Office based in South West London with the option for hybrid working.
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Location: Hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week expected in the office (SW London)
Hours of Work: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the Emma Bridgewater Email Marketing calendar
- Work closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to define and execute the email marketing roadmap to deliver objectives
- Working closely with Marketing team to identify and create on-brand and timely marketing messages, producing email copy and email designs using campaign assets
- Work with ecommerce team to ensure seamless customer experience across EB website, landing pages etc.
- Take the lead on planning and building broadcast and automated email campaigns
- Analyse performance and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis reporting against benchmarking and forecast and on the performance of new initiatives
- Ideate and execute A/B tests for broadcast and automated emails. Continually monitor and track performance, report on findings and use to improve future campaigns
- Create CRM customer lists for ad-hoc and automated campaigns and digital marketing
- Trouble-shoot any deliverability challenges and provide solutions to email marketing queries
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and technology advances and ensure email marketing best practice, creating best-in-class campaigns
- Keep up to date with email best practice and continually assess and improve our communications
- Serve as main contact between Emma Bridgewater and our external agency Ometria
- Work closely with Ecommerce colleague to align campaigns with our PPC, SEO & Paid Social strategy as well as referrals and SMS
About You
ESSENTIAL
- 3+ year experience in an email marketing role
- Experience managing an email platform (e.g. Ometria, Klaviyo, Emarsys, MailChimp) in an ecommerce environment. (Ometria experience an advantage, but not required)
- An analytical mindset and the ability to use insights to inform future decisions
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable owning a busy email calendar
- Confident, positive and enjoy collaborating on design and copywriting
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience using Ometria and Shopify
- Experience in Copywriting
- Experience in email tools like Movable Ink, Attentive, Mail Charts
- An understanding of customer segmentation
- An understanding of GDPR and its effect on the management of customer data
