Our client, ThruDark, are seeking an elite CRM Lead—someone who thrives in the fast-paced, high-performance world of data-driven marketing and customer engagement.

The Mission:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy with pinpoint accuracy, aimed at bolstering customer retention, loyalty, and increasing lifetime value. Every move matters.
  • Dive deep into customer behaviour and insights. Use this intelligence to craft personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms that hit the mark every time.
  • Segment audiences with surgical precision, ensuring that every message resonates with the right customer at the right time.
  • Design automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, and loyalty campaigns that run like a well-oiled machine.
  • Track, measure, and optimize CRM performance metrics—open rates, conversion rates, CLV, and churn rates—ensuring continuous improvement and mission success.
  • Use A/B testing to continuously refine campaigns. From subject lines to content, you’ll find and deploy the winning formula.
  • Identify touchpoints where the customer experience can be refined and optimized. The goal is seamless, omnichannel integration and superior engagement at every Uphold data accuracy, ensure compliance with GDPR, and manage customer information with the highest level of precision and integrity.
  • Work side by side with Marketing, E-commerce, and Content teams, aligning CRM efforts with broader business objectives to maximize impact.



Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in CRM, email marketing, or a related field, ideally within e-commerce or a performance-driven brand.
  • Command of platforms like Klaviyo, BI/Data stacks, and loyalty apps such as Loyalty Lion or Yotpo.
  • A sharp eye for data, with the ability to extract insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • A deep passion for understanding customer behaviour and improving their lifecycle experience.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining flawless execution.
