Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate would be working on large-scale, low-density housing within the UK and have strong prior experience with UK planning system
  • You would be responsible for developing layouts, parameter plans, and land budget plans with the support and guidance of senior members of the team
  • With prior experience, you would prepare and write design statements and design codes for given projects within the team
  • The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills through written, verbal, and graphic means and someone who shows passion and dedication within the field
  • You would be an avid hand sketcher, who is able to communicate ideas and techniques through drawing along with Adobe, Sketchup and CAD


Key Skills/Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in urban design and masterplanning
  • Strong experience in producing layouts, parameter plans, and land budget plans
  • Proven ability to write comprehensive reports for DAS and Design Codes
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and graphic)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, and hand-drawing
  • A collaborative and creative mindset
