Midland Grand Dining Room is a landmark institution in the making and is set to be the most exciting new opening of the year. Located in the iconic St Pancras building and heralding the gateway to Europe, it will be a showcase of exceptional food, incredible wine and true hospitality.

As a Head Waiter in one of London's most beautiful dining rooms, you will have a vital role in hosting our guests in a stunning environment, leading your colleagues who beam with talent, professionalism and ambition. Spanning a large dining room, a beautiful Private Dining Room, exciting Chefs Table experience, stunning terrace and striking bar, Midland Grand is the ultimate opportunity for a Head Waiter looking to progress their career and hone their skills with the smooth running of an incredible room.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Head Waiter with a fanatical focus on quality and consistency in all areas; unwaveringly consistent food and beverage standards and personality driven service.

We are looking for

  • 2 years experience in a similar role, as you will be Midland Grand Dining Rooms restaurant supervisors
  • Proactive approach to creating and providing world class guest experiences with unwavering service standards
  • A motivational and inspiring spirit while assisting with leading and training your team of commis, waiters and hosts to deliver high levels of quality service
  • The ability to reliably carry out and supervise various opening and closing duties
