A well-established independent property consultancy are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. They have a variety of commercial assets including industrial, offices, built-for-purpose and mixed use that would fall within your portfolio.


Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):

  • Day-to-day property management of commercial portfolio
  • Carry out property inspections
  • Manage the transition of clients or properties in and out of management
  • Review tenant applications and prepare client recommendations
  • Arranging and chairing occupier meetings


Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within property management with exposure to commercial assets
  • Experience working in the private sector
  • Solid understanding of the legislation relating to commercial buildings
  • Full driving license and access to car

  • £30-36k salary
  • Opportunity to get MRICS chartered
  • Hybrid working after probation
