The Role:

As the Educational Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, reviewing, and optimising the academic content that powers our AI tutoring system. This position requires a unique blend of educational expertise and technological understanding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality educational content aligned with UK exam curricula and international standards
  • Review and validate academic materials across various subjects including but not limited to Maths, Economics, Geography, History to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with our AI development team to integrate educational content into our adaptive learning algorithms
  • Design and implement content quality assurance processes
  • Stay abreast of developments in education theory and AI applications in learning, incorporating new findings into our content strategy


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education
  • Experience in teaching within schools preferred but not essential
  • Strong understanding of UK exam curricula and international educational standards
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging content
  • Proficiency with educational technology and a keen interest in AI applications in education
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
