We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Azure Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of Azure services to our clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire Azure service delivery lifecycle, from initial client engagement to project closure
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget constraints
  • Oversee a team of technical resources, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their Azure needs
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Azure technologies and best practices


Skills

  • Be outcome-focused and balance the needs of competing delivery and BaU requirements, ensuring that services are reliably and effectively delivered.
  • Solid coordination skill with agile experience
  • Service now is a must as this is the main tool used with the customer and internal teams
  • Create and communicate a compelling service vision ensuring the right balance of meeting business/user objectives and managing technical risk.
  • Participating in a client-led SIAM model, as the cloud tower, within in collaboration agreement
  • Represent the service at board-level and with senior stakeholders, using information from diverse user, project delivery, commercial and service sources.
  • Embed modern digital culture with your team and client.
  • Be responsible for legacy technology, which is part of the service area, and tackle the risks associated with this.
  • Ability to drive constant service improvement and focus on delivering service excellence.
  • Ensuring service levels comply with contractual deliverables.
  • Regular engagement with client stakeholders, ensuring depth and reach within the wider organisation to improve working relationships. and
  • Risk management.
  • SPOC for escalations and incident crisis management
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL service management methodology in the delivery of Managed Services.
  • Identify where process gaps exist and work with business stakeholders to review and refine them.
  • Take an active role in Change Management to represent our best interest and ensure the process is communicated and followed.
  • Understand the P&L for to ensure there is cost coverage for all services provided.
  • Ability to identify further service opportunities and work closely with sales and account management functions to grow the services footprint.
  • Provides mentoring to aide in the development and growth of team members.
